Easy to use, perfect app

Almost never connects to TV

Loss remote , love this app helps so much but runs alittle slow still great app .

Everything works the way it should, you are simply unable to type in any sort of search when using your cell phone as a remote. Something youd think LG would have had the smarts to integrate up front.

This app is terrible. Will not connect to a TV that has a wired Ethernet connection, even though the iOS device is on the same network via wifi. Stupid. Wired connections are more reliable. Why punish those of us to use a more stable connection? Developer should re-write the app and get that fixed.

The worst part about the standard remote is the inability to type. This app works well as a pointer but definitely needs keyboard function as that is the most frustrating part of the standard LG remote.

I gave it 3 stars because it works perfectly, but ever since my mom also got the app on her phone (we need it for the same TV just in case one of us isnt home when the other wants to watch), the app hasnt been working on mine. I dont know if its just me, but if it werent for this, Id give a full 5 stars.

My conclusion is all the good reviews are fake, this app detects my tv but it can only turn it off. Im not sure why people lie about their experience. My tv is 2015 OLED and is connected to Internet. But as I said regardless of which button I use it turns the tv off. Dont waste your time with this so called remote.

It works, paired with my TV instantly. But I cant even adjust the volume without an ad taking over the screen. I deleted it. Ill stick with the old remote.

This looked promising. But the program does not work if your TV is wired into the network and your iOS is on wifi. Come on guys. Thats just short sighted.

We have a brand new LG smart tv. I downloaded this app on my iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately, the only thing I can do with this app is volume. I have tried deleting the app and re downloading but that doesnt help. Also, it keeps losing connection and I still need the original remote to reconnect so whats the point??

My dog chewed up my remote so I went and bought a universal remote for the tv and it didnt work -_____- all I had to do was get this app on my phone! Thank youuu!

OMG!!! This actually works, this app is amazing, it would be even better if they added a keyboard to type in channel numbers but you can still change the channel, overall awesome!

Im really upset The app makes never thought of integrating a keyboard function for web browsing, its a SMART Tv remote for crying out loud !! Smh 2.5 stars would have been a more true score tbh

I like since I always have problem finding the remote control and this is one of the best app for LG smart TV. However, its so expensive and too many adds!

Did not work at all for our 4 yr old tv. Maybe because it does not have wifi. It is connected to a streamer that has wifi. The review will not send if I dont at least leave one star.

As soon as you start the app you are clobbered by an annoying pop-up. I only use the app to turn off the power to my LG tv.

Obnoxious ads force you to watch videos each time you launch it. Would pay to get this ad free. Avoid this ad loaded crap.
